Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our specialized fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
